Minced Pies

A small pie, shortcrust pastry filled with spiced apples and raisins.

MEAT PATTIES

Our meat patties are made using our flakey pastry with a little turmeric added. They are filled with duxelles (a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms and onions, sautéed in butter), fresh greens, such as kale or chard and a large variety of meat like chicken, beef, buffalo, wild boar, elk, lamb and chorizo.

CRAB PATTIES

Our crab patties are made using our flakey pastry.They are filled with duxelles, a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms and onions, sautéed in butter, fresh greens, such as kale or chard, sautéed celery, fennel, and lots of crab meat.

SALMON PATTIES

Our salmon patties are made using our flakey pastry. They are filled with a layer of rice, a layer of duxelles (a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms and onions, sautéed in butter), a layer of parsley, the finest canned salmon, and topped with slices of hard boiled eggs.

SAUSAGE ROLLS

Our sausage rolls are made using our flakey pastry. They are filled with a variety of sausage meats, such as Italian sausage, wild boar, elk, chorizo and lamb.
